Nestled between two beautiful beaches, this property offers a great location. It is located far away from the noisy main street but close to the beaches. the spacious rooms come with a pleasant garden view, and the bathrooms are clean and comfortable. the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere has a homey feel. laundry shops and shops are conveniently nearby.

The hotel location was perfect for our Easter trip, as it was close to both the city center and the beach, making it easy for us to explore. the room was clean and homely, providing us with a comfortable place to rest after our days out.
the reception service was limited, as we only communicated with the host via phone during our entire stay.

Had a great Christmas holiday at this guesthouse. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the shared balcony was a nice place to relax. Loved the fact that there was a small shop next door that had everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from both the beaches and the main street. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, always giving us useful tips and advice on what to do and where to go.
That there was no hot water in the shower, which was a bit of a bummer. , we had some trouble with the scooter we rented from them, as it was not in good condition and we had to exchange it for another one.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel close to both Patnem and Palolem beaches. The hotel's location in between the two beaches was perfect for me as it allowed me to experience the best of both worlds. Additionally, the hotel was very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They even allowed me to check in early, which was a huge relief for me.
It was all superb! I couldn't find any negative aspects in this city.

Amazing hosts, lovely and generous people. Great setting near beaches and bike hire available. Homely and clean rooms. Reasonably priced for the area. Spacious room. Nice garden area. One minute away from beach. Hosts go out of their way to make your stay perfect. Close to shops and laundry.
Hard to think of anything.
